Reservations Cheat Sheet

1. Who can reserve?

   1. FREE: RSO’s, ASM, WSUM, StudentPrint, SBI

   2. PAY: UW departments

   3. OTHER: UHS must book through Ryan

2. Policy Rules: 

   1. HOURS: max. 4 hours during peak times (after 5 pm and ALL DAY weekends), 6 hours max.

   2. FOOD: OK as long as it is catered 

   3. NO appliances

   4. No studying/ group projects 

3. ‘Block list’: check for RSO’s that have had 3 strikes and can’t reserve anymore (on a semester basis). Record strikes (no shows, improper use, less that 75% of time used, etc.) on daily report and rounds sheet!

4. When can SAC Staff Book? >3 business days in advance

   1. Sunday | SAC: Sunday – Wednesday | CESO: Thursday and later

   2. Monday | SAC: Monday – Wednesday | CESO: Thursday and later

   3. Tuesday | SAC: Tuesday – Thursday | CESO: Friday and later

   4. Wednesday | SAC: Wednesday – Sunday |CESO: Following Monday and later

   5. Thursday | SAC: Thursday – Monday |CESO: Following Tuesday and later

   6. Friday |SAC: Friday – Tuesday | CESO: Following Wednesday and later

   7. Saturday | SAC: Saturday – Wednesday | CESO: Following Thursday and later
