Follow Menu Path
- System Settings (screen, top of left column)
- Administrator Tools tab
- Address Book Management from menu
To edit an existing user, click on that person's name
To add a new user - click the New Program button
- Add/edit name, click the Change button under the blue name field, and keyboard will appear on screen
- Display name will auto fill with name
- Select E-mail tab; add/edit an e-mail address by clicking Change button
- Other tabs on this screen can be ignored
- Click Okay when edits are complete
Click the Tool/Counter button, or keep selecting the Exit button at the top, right of the screen to return to the Ready Screen
