Introduction

Undergraduate students are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience in the lab by completing this form and turning it in to Jane Lambert (jane.lambert@wisc.edu). 

Supervisors are encouraged to provide mid-semester feedback to their students by completing this form, meeting with the student to go over the information, and then turning it in to Jane Lambert (jane.lambert@wisc.edu). Supervisors of research credit undergrads will also, if applicable, review the students' papers mid-semester and provide constructive criticism and guidance. At the end of the semester, supervisors will review their students' labwork and (if applicable) final version of the semester papers and give a grade recommendation to Richie Davidson. Based on the supervisor's recommendation, Richie will assign the final grade for the semester, and his own review of the student's paper and other factors. Supervisors of work-study and hourly worker students are encouraged to provide feedback to their undergraduate assistants regularly and continuously.
