The vendor (Blackboard) provides a robust resource that includes a Knowledgebase, important news, answers to common questions, information for first time users, and training materials. This resource may help resolve common issues and address common questions.
In addition, users can contact Blackboard for technical support via a web form, web chat, and telephone. We recommend that users report urgent issues that have a significant impact on use of the product to the vendor, especially if the problem occurs outside of University business hours (7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
