How to operate the projector in Elvehjem 120

System Power

To turn on the system press the power button on the projector remote. To turn off the system, press the power button and follow the displayed prompt to turn the system off.

Volume Control

After turning on the projector, press + to turn the volume up and - to turn the volume down. You can also mute by pressing the Audio muting button.

Laptop

To connect a laptop, make sure the projector Input Select is set to HDMI 1.
You can present wirelessly using AirPlay or Miracast and following the projected directions, or you can plug into the provided HDMI connection. Plugging in via HDMI overrides the wireless presentation.You can also mute the projected image temporarily by pressing the Pic mute button.

Before you Leave

  • All classrooms should be locked when you are done teaching unless there is a class immediately following yours.  If you aren't sure if a class is following yours please lock the classroom.
  • Please turn off all projectors as soon as your class is done.
  • Please turn off all lights in the classroom.
  • Please turn off all microphone battery packs.
