Reserving remote instructional equipment

Instructions for signing into Connect2 and reserving remote instructional equipment.
  1. Sign into imc.commarts.wisc.edu with your UW NetID and Duo.
  2. In the menu bar, click Book by Category > Instructional Support.
  3. Book by Category

  4. Click Add to basket next to the item you'd like to reserve. (Repeat for each item, if more than one)

  5. Click Create booking at the top of the page.
  6. Choose the date and times you'd like to return the equipment in the pane on the right, then click Update.
    • Please select an available time (not grayed out).
    • If there is a conflict, the system will ask you to select a different time before allowing you to proceed.

  7. Click Next.
  8. Enter a phone number we can call back if you need support. Click Next.

  9. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Click Next.

  10. Verify that all the information for the booking is correct, then click Submit.

  11. Repeat the steps above each time you'd like to reserve equipment.
