Reserving remote instructional equipment
Instructions for signing into Connect2 and reserving remote instructional equipment.
- Sign into imc.commarts.wisc.edu with your UW NetID and Duo.
- In the menu bar, click Book by Category > Instructional Support.
- Click Add to basket next to the item you'd like to reserve. (Repeat for each item, if more than one)
- Click Create booking at the top of the page.
- Choose the date and times you'd like to return the equipment in the pane on the right, then click Update.
- Please select an available time (not grayed out).
- If there is a conflict, the system will ask you to select a different time before allowing you to proceed.
- Click Next.
- Enter a phone number we can call back if you need support. Click Next.
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Click Next.
- Verify that all the information for the booking is correct, then click Submit.
- Repeat the steps above each time you'd like to reserve equipment.
