The vendor plans to perform scheduled emergency maintenance from 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2019, to resolve an issue with using the telephony feature to connect to a session. Collaborate Original users will be unable to join sessions, access recordings, and run existing sessions for periods of time during the maintenance window. Users will need to re-attempt the action (e.g., access session/recording, etc.) if affected.
