KB Editor Upgrade

We have upgraded the KB’s body editor, TinyMCE, from version 5 to version 7. Please read on for additional details.
The new version offers a number of updates and bug fixes, such as:
- Enhancements to the source code editor
- Relevant keyboard shortcuts displayed in toolbar tooltips
- Accessibility improvements
- Switching between list types inside a collapsible panel or other "div" element now works as expected
Overall, the new version has a similar look and feel, and the toolbar and menus contain the same options as before. The upgrade is not expected to cause any issues, but please contact us at kb-team@doit.wisc.edu should you encounter a problem.
