Facstaff account turnoffs

The following is a new procedure regarding facstaff account holders requesting the grace period
An email was sent out last week to students and faculty/staff members who have email accounts that will be turned off. Student accounts are straight forward and when they call you can give them the grace period. However, for faculty/staff there is no grace period button (because technically their accounts haven't been turned off yet- they have simply been warned). Their account WILL officially turn off Nov 27th. If the customer would like the grace period but doesn't want to have to call back on the 27th to get it.....
- collect and confirm contact information ESPECIALLY phone number and USERNAME of their facstaff email account
- escalate case to HDI
