RESOLVED: Learn@UW recent slow performance - Tuesday Dec. 1 2010

Update 12:50PM Learn@UW technologists have resolved the problems causing recent periods of intermittent slow performance. Starting about 9:15 am today, users experienced intermittent slowness with the Learn@UW service. At 10:50 am, the technical staff initiated a failover to the other filesever to resolve the issue. Technical staff will continue the investigation of the root causes for this issue in conjunction with our vendor.
We apologize for any problems this has caused instructors or students. Thank you for your patience as we worked to remedy the situation.
