RESOLVED: Some UW-Whitewater users may have had problems accessing specific courses or using tools in various courses. The issue occurred from about 10:00am-11:25am after we upgraded to Desire2Learn version 9.2 SP1
We recycled the app pools on 3 affected servers and this resolved the problem.
