Why is Support Ending for Internet Explorer 9 and 10?

What Does This Mean for Me?

Beginning on September 26th, users of IE9 and IE10 may see a banner advising them to upgrade or use a different browser, on May 1, 2017 IE9 and IE10 users will be blocked from accessing Box entirely.

Following this date, Windows 7 and 8 users should access Box via Internet Explorer 11, and Windows 10 users should use Microsoft Edge. Alternatively, Windows users may also access Box with a current version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
