Announcement of our new CALS HelpDesk System
On November 7, 2016 CALS Administrative Computing Services (ACS) will be using a new web-based system for managing service & support requests. This new system called CALS HelpDesk is located at https://websupport.cals.wisc.edu and is available to anyone with a valid UW-Madison netid. New support requests for CALS ACS services should now be submitted via CALS HelpDesk. Further information about the new system is available in the CALS KB.
