Materials aren't available for spring semester orders

Outage Description

The spring offer catalog is not populating with available materials, preventing orders for the semester from occurring, despite appearing in the main Catalog. 

Impact to Users

Users cannot order materials for the spring semester as expected.

Workarounds

Users can either put in a Content Request for materials, or wait until the Spring 2027 course material offerings are listed (see estimated time to resolution below).

Estimated time to resolution or next update

A new file for the spring offer catalog has been uploaded, however it will take some time to complete processing. This should complete by the end of the day and materials should be available by the start of the day on Wednesday, 10/21.

Learn@UW is monitoring the situation and will update this item by 5pm, 10/21/2026.
