CS Department has few options to send gift funding to the UW Foundation. This document shows these options and process.
Here is a brief description of the gift giving process.
  • A communication comes from a donor or PI
  • Details of gift, research title, and amount are obtained
  • Donation advice invoice is completed and routed to donor and Jody Andruss at UW Foundation

  • Credit card instructions are in the letter
  • A separate wire memo with instructions is also included

The template can be revised to meet each donation scenario.
