The goal of this activity is to highlight the impact of season and weather (precipitation) on GHG emissions from soils managed according to distinct cropping systems.  

Instructions: Analyze the graphs in Fig 1 of the paper of Osterholz, Kucharick and collaborators. Describe the trends you see in graphs a and c. Can any of the trends regarding nitrous oxide emissions be informed by your prior discussion? What other factors may be driving these trends?
