Login steps:

1. Go to https://apps.google.wisc.edu/.

2. Enter your NetID credentials.

3. Select your netid@wisc.edu email address. 

4. You'll be directed to Google Drive, where you can see folders and files that were created by you and shared with your UW-Madison Google Workspace account.

Microsoft 365 (M365) service accounts have access to the full Google Workspace suite. Please note, service accounts are not eligible for Google storage and will have a 0 GB quota.  

Login steps:

1. Go to https://apps.google.wisc.edu/.

2. Select from two login options:

   • Option 1: NetID access to a service account

     • If your NetID has permission to access Google Workspace using a service account, you will be presented with a list of email addresses to select from. Select the preferred account. Learn how to gain and manage your NetID's access. 

   • Option 2: Service account credential

     • If you know the service account's username and password, you can log in directly to Google Workspace without needing to link your NetID to a Microsoft 365 service account. 

3. You'll be directed to Google Drive, where you can access both Google Workspace core and non-core apps. If the account owns files, the files will be read-only due to its 0 GB storage quota.

1. Use separate browser profiles if you are logged in to multiple Google accounts (ex: UW-Madison account and Gmail account).

2. If you visit google.com to log in, please enter your netid@wisc.edu address or the service account's email address in the name_department@wisc.edu  format. You will then be directed to the NetID login page.

3. Please do not enter your first.last@wisc.edu email address or name@department.wisc.edu email address in the google.com login field. This will result in the following error message:
