Connecting your computer to the Logi Group web conferencing system

Instructions for using the Logi Group systems in rooms 2330, 3330, 4330, and B1221.

You can use any web conferencing app with the Logi Group system


  1. Connect the USB cable from the Logi Group to your computer

    USB

  2. Change the audio/video settings in your web conferencing app (Webex, Teams, Zoom, etc.)

    • In "Audio" settings, select Logi Group Speakerphone for speaker and microphone

    • In "Video" settings, select Logi Group Camera for video camera

    Set audio settings to the Logi Group Speakerphone in the application Set video settings to the Logi Group Camera in the application

Troubleshooting:

Close and quit any applications that use your microphone/speaker/video camera

Restart your computer
