Log into Microsoft Outlook from a web browser (OWA)

Instructions for logging into the web version of Microsoft Outlook also known as OWA.
  1. Open a web browser
  2. Navigate to outlook.office.com
  3. Select your account or choose "Use another account"

  4. Enter your email address if prompted

  5. Enter your password
    OWA_Login_03
  6. Approve the connection in DUO
    OWA_Login_05
  7. Choose whether or not you want to trust the browser. Trusting the browser means you will be prompted less often to log in
    OWA_Login_06
  8. Choose whether or not you want Microsoft to remember your account
    OWA_Login_04
