App Catalog Decommissioning - Steps for iPhone & iPad Owners
On April 30th, 2025 the UW App Catalog will no longer be available. The Hub app, already installed on your device, replaces the UW App Catalog but requires a one-time authentication with your NetID & NetID password. Once signed in, you’ll have access to the same catalog of self-service apps.
1. Launch the Hub app.
2. Several popups may appear for Bluetooth & location sharing . The recommended selections are below.
3. A Privacy Policy page will appear. Tap "I Understand" at the bottom of the screen.
4. A Data Sharing page will appear. Tap either "I Agree" or "Not Now".
5. A login screen will appear. Enter your NetID & NetID password and then tap the "Sign in" button.
6. A create passcode prompt will appear. It is recommended to use the same passcode that unlocks the device.
7. When prompted to allow notifications, tap "Allow".
8. The self-service app catalog can be found in the bottom right corner.
