Eligibility

Currently, all individuals with a UW-Madison NetID can create a premium UW-Madison Doodle Enterprise account. This is subject to change without notice.

Create a premium UW-Madison Doodle account

Premium UW-Madison Doodle accounts are created on-demand when you log in to https://doodle.com using one of the approved login options listed below. Please note: Do not sign in to Doodle using the following login options: 'Log In' fields,  'Register' fields, Continue with Google, or Continue with Facebook. This will create a free, not premium, account.

Approved login options

1. UW-Madison NetID credentials (Recommended)
2. Single Sign On (SSO)
3. Microsoft

1. UW-Madison NetID credentials (Recommended)

1. Go to https://doodle.com/sso/wisc.edu .
2. Enter your UW-Madison NetID credentials.
3. Done.

Note: If you are redirected to https://doodle.com , click the Log in option on the top right corner of the window.

2. Single Sign On (SSO)

1. Go to https://doodle.com .
2. Select the Log in option on the top right corner of the window.
3. Select the Continue with SSO option.
4. Enter wisc.edu in the email/domain field, then click on Log In.
5. If prompted, enter your UW-Madison NetID credentials.
6. Done.

3. Microsoft

1. Go to https://doodle.com .
2. Select the Log in option on the top right corner of the window.
3. Select the Continue with Microsoft option.
4. Enter your netid@wisc.edu email address.
5. Select the Work or school account option.
6. If prompted, enter your UW-Madison NetID credentials.
7. Done.

Microsoft 365 Service Accounts

Please note: You'll need to know the service account's NetID and password before logging in to Doodle. 

You can access Doodle using a service account by following a login option above. Once you reach the NetID login page, you will need to enter the service account's NetID and password. Linked login is not supported in Doodle. If you are unsure what the service account's credentials are, please consult your IT department or the DoIT Help Desk for support.
