Doodle - Error connecting Doodle account
Issue: Individuals who try to integrate their UW-Madison Office 365 calendar after signing into their UW-Madison Doodle account may see the following error message, "Error Connecting Doodle Account - There was an error connecting your Doodle account".
Reason: Doodle was not authorized to access your UW-Madison Office 365 calendar when creating a UW-Madison Doodle account.
Resolution: Follow the instructions below to resolve this error.
Instructions

Log into https://uwmadison.doodle.com/

Click on your name and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

While on the Profile page, scroll down and click on Delete Doodle account

Click on the reset password link

Check your Inbox for an email from Doodle with a link to reset your password, then reset your password

After resetting your password, return back to your Profile page, scroll down and click on Delete Doodle account again

Enter the password you just created to delete your original Doodle account

Open a private browser session and log back into https://uwmadison.doodle.com/ by selecting the Microsoft account option

Done
After performing the steps above, your Office 365 calendar should automatically integrate with your UW-Madison Doodle account.
