Desktop Support Team Three provides dedicated IT support for a growing number of departments within the College of Letters & Science.
If you are a faculty member, staff member, or graduate student in one of the following departments, we are your primary IT point of contact:

While you are welcome to contact your internal IT staff directly, submitting a ticket via web or email ensures that the entire team sees your request. If your usual IT person is away or in a meeting, another team member can jump right in to help you without delay.
