Levy Hall 2nd Floor AV Information
Levy Hall has several departmental meeting spaces equipped with Cisco Room Devices. These devices can join Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, or Google meetings. These rooms have one or more cameras, microphones, and speakers, and use a TV or projector to display meeting content. Room Devices are controlled by a Cisco Navigator, which is a 10" tablet that is placed on a table or mounted on a wall. The Navigator is used to join meetings and adjust camera, audio, and content settings. A computer isn't needed to join online meetings, though meeting attendees can use a computer to share content, monitor meeting chat, or record meetings. A computer can be connected via HDMI or wirelessly. Non-Cisco rooms feature a large wall mounted display that automatically powers on when a laptop is connected to the HDMI cable.
Rooms vary in size, shape, layout, and furniture. Most rooms can be scheduled by contacting the affiliated department listed for each space.
Information regarding Levy Hall General Assignment (GA) classroom spaces and assistance with GA AV systems is available from the Campus Classroom Support & Planning group.
