ECMS - ImageNow Compliance Form (Manual)
This article provides access to the ImageNow Compliance Form, which is required when submitting a request for a new user of the Imaging System.
NOTE: The ImageNow Compliance form is now collected electronically via DocuSign. This knowledge base article and the compliance form it references will stay published in the event a manual version of the form is needed.
All new users of the Imaging System must complete the ImageNow Compliance Form and submit it with the new user request. The form can be downloaded via the following link:
Once completed, the data approver submitting the JIRA request for the new user can attach the form to the JIRA task.
