[Doc 8386 content is unavailable at this time.] Sometimes it is helpful to be able to direct a member of the Imaging team to a specific document for troubleshooting purposes. A good way to do this is to provide the Document ID. To locate the Document ID of a given document:

1. In the Perceptive Content Explorer document search grid,
2. Right click the document of interest
3. Select Properties
4. Select the Details tab
5. Select and copy the ID value
6. Paste and share the Document ID value
