E-Reimbursement Outage on November 7 and 8

All Shared Financial Systems (SFS) systems, including e-Reimbursement will be down all day, Saturday and Sunday, November 7 and 8 for software and server upgrades.

In e-Reimbursement, these upgrades affect e-mail notifications, workflow (routings), and corporate card imports. Although the upgrades have been tested to the extent possible, as with any upgrade, the possibility for technical problems immediately following implementation exists. e-Reimbursement users experiencing issues with the application on Monday, November 9 should immediately contact the Help Desk (264-4357, Option 2) so that the issues can be documented and corrected.
