My UW, related services down early on February 23

DoIT will be performing maintenance on several campus services beginning at 5 AM on Tuesday, February 23.
Affected services include:
- My UW-Madison, My WebSpace, DoIT Wiki/JIRA, CRIS, CourseGuide and Moodle. There will be 30 minute outages while patches are applied.
- 20% of WiscMail users will experience an outage during an upgrade
- tools.wisccal.wisc.edu will be down while WiscCall Scheduling Assistant is upgraded.
- IAM service will down for database patching.
