MERIT and WCER Infrastructure team members will be applying a firmware update at 6 am on Thursday, March 8, to address a system problem identified during the network outage on Wednesday, March 7. The outage is not anticipated to last longer than 15 minutes.
Additional status updates will be sent out if there are any unexpected delays with applying the firmware update.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience experienced during this maintenance window.
Contact the MERIT Help Desk, 5-4773, to report any connectivity issues remaining after the update has been applied.
