LabArchives provides multiple useful integrations with external applications for managing and analyzing data. 

Authorizing Apps Using UW-Madison Credentials

Users can authorize the integration of external applications with their LabArchives notebook using a password token generated within the notebook. Please see these instructions for how to obtain a password token.

Recommended Integrations

LabArchives has created software integrations to help researchers manage and analyze their data with familiar tools. See below for a list of useful integrations.

Folder Monitor

Folder Monitor gives LabArchives allows users to upload files from a designated folder on a computer and store them as an attachment in a designated page within an Electronic Lab Notebook. See below for more information.

Microsoft Office Plugin

LabArchives integrates with the Microsoft Office Suite via the Microsoft Office Plugin. The plugin allows users to open or save documents directly to LabArchives. See below for more information.

SnapGene

The SnapGene integration allows LabArchives users to save SnapGene files directly into a LabArchives notebook. These files can be opened, viewed, and searched within the notebook.  

GraphPad Prism

The GraphPad Prism integration allows LabArchives users to export GraphPad Prism files directly into a LabArchives notebook. These files can be opened within the notebook and re-saved. LabArchives also provides a video tutorial for this resource.

Vernier Logger Pro

The Vernier Logger Pro Integration allows LabArchives users to export data from scientific instruments directly into a LabArchives notebook. The files will be attachments in the notebook and will show up in the downloaded and offline copies of the notebook.

Typeset

The Typeset integration allows LabArchives users to import images from their LabArchives notebooks directly into their Typeset documents at www.typeset.io.

Qeios

The Qeios integration allows LabArchives users to import images from their LabArchives notebooks directly into their Qeios documents at www.qeios.com.
