Eloqua "Redwood" New User Interface Resources
Redwood is now the default Eloqua User Interface
(as of 11/16/24)

Toggle between Redwood and Classic Interfaces:
In the meantime, all UW–Madison users can toggle between the Redwood UX and what is now called "Classic" to get a sense of how it looks and acts. Log in to Eloqua, then open the upper left navigation ("hamburger") menu, and tick the Use Redwood Experience box on or off as needed.
January, 2023: Redwood for Eloqua Announced
More than just a color and font refresh, Redwood is also a functionality and feature enhancement. Get a sense for what the experience will be like in this Redwood UX “sneak peek” video overview by Oracle’s product team:
The UW-Madison Marketing Automation team is developing training materials and holding some of our own training sessions on the new platform to help our campus transition smoothly. We are making plans with regard to timing and support resources for the transition.
We anticipate the complete release of the new Redwood UX to be complete by the early part of 2025, though Oracle has not yet officially announced a time for the changeover to be complete.

The Marketing Automation team held a second Eloqua update "tour" for UW–Madison users, showing the updates as of then, as well as to recap the previous updates:
October 2024: Eloqua will default to Redwood as of November 16, 2024
In addition these new feature areas were released in the Redwood UI for general use. Until November 2024, the Redwood interface must be manually turned on in Accessing Redwood above.
