Logging into Eloqua

Learn how to sign on to Eloqua, using SSO and your Net ID.

  1. Open a browser window and navigate to login.eloqua.com.


  2. Click Sign in with SSO or another account.


  3. On the next screen, type UWMADISON in the Sign in with your company credentials field. Click Sign In.


  4. You will be taken to a UW-Madison login page. Type in your NetID (no @wisc.eduneeded) and your password. You may need to complete multi-factor authentication with Duo.


  5. Once you have logged in with your NetID and authenticated, you'll be taken to Oracle!

Note: Access to Eloqua must be granted by the Marketing Automation team. If your department has not yet been Onboarded to Eloqua, please complete the Eloqua Request Form. If your department has an existing configuration but you are new to Eloqua, request access by completing the Eloqua Request and Data Compliance form. The Marketing Automation Team will get back to you with next steps.

*If you are working on the Oracle Eloqua UW-Madison Training course in Canvas, you will have access when you log in to Eloqua in Module 6.
