Request Access to Eloqua

Start here if you need access to Eloqua.

Are you the first person to request Eloqua in your unit? 

If no one on your team has access to Eloqua yet, please check out marketingautomation.wisc.edu to learn more and start the process.

Onboarding begins with an exploratory conversation to learn more about your needs and use case. Then, we schedule a tailored, hands-on training for you and your team of users.

Tell us a little bit more about yourself and the marketing automation team will set up a first meeting to learn more and plan next steps.

Are you an existing user of Eloqua and need to request access for new users in your group? 

Email marketingautomation@wisc.edu with all of the following items for your new user:

  • First and last name
  • Net ID (not student ID number)
  • Preferred wisc.edu email address (first.lastname@wisc.edu, netid@wisc.edu or something else)
  • A filled out and signed copy of the data compliance form
  • What role you'd like the new user to have (basic or advanced?)
