SFS - How to update Process Profile Permission List
Process for updating users Process Profile Permission List in SFS.
For a user to submit process requests, his or her user ID must have a process profile, which defines the user’s privileges in PeopleSoft Process Scheduler. For example, a user can override an output destination for a request and be limited to what can be viewed on the Process Monitor page.
The currently used Process Profile Permission Lists in SFS are:
UW_EX_PRCS1
UW_PROCESS_PROFILE
To assign a process profile to a user ID:
- Select PeopleTools, Security, User Profiles, User Profiles to open the profile for a user ID.
- Select the user ID.
- Select the General page.
- Enter the process profile for this user ID.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
