IT Resources - Adobe - Form Data Not Displayed
Extension has seen instances where an Adobe form has been completed and saved, but when the form is viewed by another person, the information in the form fields does not appear unless one clicks in the field itself. Review this article to fix this issue.
Background
In this example, the form has been filled out, but only by clicking in the Date Submitted field does the information become visible.
Instructions
1) Click Edit - Preferences
In Adobe Acrobat, click on the Edit menu and choose Preferences .
2) Click Categories - Forms
In the Preferences pane, click on Forms in the Categories: select box.
3) Deselect Show Border Hover Color for Fields
To the right, in the Highlight Color box, remove the check from the checkbox labeled Show border hover color for fields.

4) Click OK
Click the OK button to return to your document. You will now be able to view the contents of the form.
