Hiring - Direct Hires - Pre-Submission - Submit to Extension HR

Hiring Managers must submit the completed Request to Fill (RTF) and the direct hire's resume/CV to hr@extension.wisc.edu. Extension HR will review the RTF and resume and circulate for divisional approval before sending on to the Administrative Services Unit.

1) Verify that ALL Pre-Submission Requirements are Complete

2) Submit Materials to Extension HR

Submit the following materials to hr@extension.wisc.edu.

  1. Request to Fill - [Link for document 111204 is unavailable at this time.]
  2. Direct Hire's Resume/CV
Extension HR will review the submitted materials and will circulate for divisional approval.

3) Extension HR will Circulate for Approval

Extension HR will review the submitted materials (update & ask clarifying questions) and will circulate for divisional approval.
