Phase Details and Changing a Phase Status

This cheat sheet introduces the Phase Details screen and demonstrates how to change the Status of a Phase

1. Tap the arrow by the Phase you want to view.

2. Tap on Details. Tap AiM link icon to view this Phase’s screen in AiM via the mobile Safari web browser. Tap GO Asset Management icon to view information on this Phase’s asset in the GO Asset Management app.

3. Tap the arrow next to Status to change this Phase’s Status.

4. Tap the desired Status.

5. Ensure a blue checkmark appears next to the new Phase Status, then tap Save.

6. The Phase will now be in the new Status.
