Adding Notes and Photos to a Phase

1. Tap the arrow next to the Phase you want to view.

2.  Tap the Notes tab to view or add notes.  Tap '+' to add a new note to this Phase.

3. Tap into the text field. Then, either tap the microphone and dictate the Note OR  type the Note in the 'Note' field. Then tap Save.

4. Your note is now saved.

5. To add or view photos to the Phase tap the Documents tab. Tap '+' to add a photo to this Phase.

6. Tap Take Photo OR Photo Library, depending on whether you want to take a new photo or use an existing photo from your phone.

7. If you chose to take a photo,  tap the round button to take the photo.

8. If you chose to use a photo from your phone, tap on 'Choose' and select the photo that you wish to use. (You may have to slide the photo around to adjust the shape of the photo)

Your photo has now been saved to Documents on This Phase.
