LCS - Betty Blocks Application Testing Process

This document guides you through documenting, saving, and sharing your Betty Blocks Testing Document as a Test Plan Designer.

Betty Blocks application Test Plans can easily be created in the Microsoft Excel Template provided by the Low Code Solutions (LCS) Team. These Test Plans are what testers or developers create and follow for executing specific tests for specific functionalities. When you have reached the step of testing your application, having a Test Plan for your Betty Blocks application can be beneficial. Below is guidance on how to complete the finalization of your Test Plan.

Step 1 Documenting a Test Plan:

When your Test Plan is completed for both your Developers and your Business Team it can then be further reviewed. You can use the LCS Team templates or functional user stories, and/or non-functional requirements from your resources to assist with the testing documentation. If you have a Business Requirements Document (BRD), that can also be helpful in identifying important components to test your application.

To get a sample and/or to use each Test Plan, check out the LCS Team Templates here:

Step 2 Saving and Sharing Test Plans:

Once your Test Plan is completed, save it where it can be reviewed and shared for future reference.

Step 3 Going Live and Working with the LCS Team:

Part of go-live requirements includes sharing your Test Plan with the LCS Team by following the “Going Live Checklist” for submission and review.
