GSTS - How to Download or Save a Student Advisement Report

This document instructs users on how to download a copy of a student's GSTS Advisement Report.

Instructions

  1. Open the student's advisement report.
  2. Click the "Expand All" button at the top of the page to open all sections of the report.

  3. In each section, click "View All" for lists of courses with more than 10 courses.  This ensures a complete list of courses once you save the report.

  4. Right click anywhere on the report and select "Print".
    1. This opens a pop-up window. In that window under the Destination field select "Save as PDF" and click the "Save" button at the bottom.

  5. Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the PDF and click "Save".

Reminder

Student advisement reports include restricted student data; these reports are provided for your specific administrative purpose. As the recipient, you are responsible for protecting information and understanding a students’ privacy rights and its application under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
