Adobe - Unable to sign out

Sometimes the "sign out" button in Adobe will be grayed out or non-functional. Often this occurs when the user signed in with the wrong account or through another service.
  1. Close out of any open Adobe apps
  2. Navigate to %localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE
  3. Delete opm.db file
  4. Open Adobe Creative Cloud and sign in proprely
