T2 Receipt Printers - Transportation Services
Transportation staff will sometimes call for assitance reinstalling/configuring their Epson T2 receipt printers. The steps below were provided by Transportation staff and is typically all they need from us.
Steps to reconfigure the printer:
- Run “Epson Virtual Port Manager” as admin.
- Click on the virtual port that’s assigned (usually COM1) and delete/remove.
- Add the virtual port back again, it will assign to COM1.
- Close out of the “Epson Virtual Port Manager” software.
- Test print from T2 Flex to confirm the issue is resolved.
