T2 Receipt Printers - Transportation Services

Transportation staff will sometimes call for assitance reinstalling/configuring their Epson T2 receipt printers. The steps below were provided by Transportation staff and is typically all they need from us.

Steps to reconfigure the printer:

  1. Run “Epson Virtual Port Manager” as admin.
  2. Click on the virtual port that’s assigned (usually COM1) and delete/remove.
  3. Add the virtual port back again, it will assign to COM1.
  4. Close out of the “Epson Virtual Port Manager” software.
  5. Test print from T2 Flex to confirm the issue is resolved.
