CBORD / Bartender out of licensed Printers

When printing from Bartender for labels, they receive a message that "You have exceeded your maximum number of 15 licensed printers. BarTender will not print or export printer code templates until this is corrected.

This issue is caused by users printing directly to printers and not using the UNC path to printers.

Housing should only connect to printers using \\print1.housing.wisc.edu\printer shared name.

Bartender will look at the path to the printer and any change registers it as a new printer

So example:  \\print1\Lowell-Label-Prn
                      \\print1.housing.wisc.edu\Lowell-Label-PRN
                      hsg-wdv045\Lowell-Label-PRN
Would all be marked in Bartender as three separate printers only the \\print1.housing.wisc.edu\Lowell-Label-PRN has a license.  Users need to remove the printer and re-add it using the correct FQDN to be able to print.
