What to do if you receive a batch processing error

Perceptive Content Batch Errors

If you receive an error processing a batch please try the following:

  1. Right click on the batch
  2. Choose Properties
  3. In the "State" drop-down, choose "Idle"
  4. Click "OK"
  5. Now try processing the batch as you normally would.

If you are unable to process the batch after setting it to idle, it indicates the batch is damaged and unrecoverable. It is recommended that you remove the batch and reload the scan or print for the batch. 

To remove / delete the batch if needed:

  1. Confirm the State of the batch is set to "Idle". If the batch is not set to idle, use steps 1-4 above to set the batch state to idle, then
  2. Right click on the batch.
  3. Click Delete.
