Change Freezes

DoIT change freezes at the beginning and end of each semester help bring the risk of service disruptions as close to zero as possible during these critical timeframes.

While change freezes are in effect all change requests are subject to additional scrutiny. If possible, please avoid unnecessary planned work for the duration of the change freeze.

If you do need to submit a change request during this time be sure to include that justification in the change request description.

Questions regarding change freezes can be sent to changemanagement@doit.wisc.edu.
