Microsoft 365 (Apple Calendar 10.9) - Assign "Read/Write/Modify" Permissions to my Calendar
You can give a delegate (user) access to your calendar and you can set permissions that define the activities that delegates can carry out for you.
Note: Apple Calendar does not support the ability to add delegates that are not within the Microsoft 365 system. To do this, you must use the Outlook Web App. Please see [Link for document 29847 is unavailable at this time] for instructions on how to do this.
The following topics are covered:
Permission Levels:
- Read Only: Allows the user to view events in your calendar.
- Read & Create: Allows the user to view events as well as create them. The user can edit or delete events they created, but cannot edit or delete events created by someone else.
- Read & Write: Allows the user to both view events as well as create, delete, and edit them, regardless of who created the event.
