Office 365 - Apple Mail - Remove an attachment from an email

This document will provide step-by-step instructions on how to remove attachments from Apple Mail email messages.

  1. Open Apple Mail.

    Open Apple Mail.

  2. Locate the email that you wish to download the attachment from and open it.

    Email Message.

  3. Click File, choose Save Attachments....

    Save Attachment.

  4. Select a destination where to save the attachment and choose Save.

    Attachment Destination.

  5. After successfully saving the attachment, click Message and choose Remove Attachments.

    Remove Attachments.

The attachment(s) is now removed from your email.

Delete Attachments.
