Office 365 (Apple Mail) - Reply to a Message
This document explains how to reply to a message using Apple Mail. These instructions are for Mac OS 10.9, but are likely to be similar for Mac OS 10.5-8.
To reply to a message:
- Select a message in the message list.
- On the top of the message list, click Reply or Reply to all.
- Note that if you mouse over the message header, you can find the same option.

- Add your response.
- Click Send Message in the upper left.
