Microsoft 365 - Send as addresses

This document explains what email addresses you have been granted send as privileges. What this means is that you can then send emails that appear to come from the addresses that you've authorized to send as.

Office 365 restricts users from sending mail that appears to come from another address. The only way to perform this behavior is to provide a specific authorization to send from the address which is detailed in this document.

View addresses you are authorized to 'Send As'

  1. Log into the Wisc Account Administration site with your NetID credentials.

  2. Select the account you want to manage. If you do not see the account you want to manage or are placed into your NetID account, review the following document: Wisc Account Administration site - Logging in.

  3. Next, click Account Administration from the left-hand column.

    account_administration_tab

  4. In the drop down menu, select the Send As Addresses option.

    select_send_as_addresses

  5. A listing of all the addresses you can send as will be listed.
